Euphoria offers the latest classes for group fitness, from Kettlebell to Indoor Cycling. We offer top-of-the-line equipment so your experience with us is like no other. And our classes are always led by experienced personal trainers (not fitness instructors) that will provide you with the most effective techniques so you’ll get results fast.
You DO NOT need to be a member of Euphoria to participate in fitness classes.
Euphoria’s group fitness classes are designed to empower and strengthen both your body and mind; you’ll enjoy a serious dose of fun in any one of our compelling group classes.
Class Descriptions
Cycle Strength
This is truly a full body workout , great for Triathletes! Ironman Triathlete Kyle Amsdell’s Intense cycling class mixed in with chest and back exercises, plyometrics, shoulders and arms, legs and back, Kenpo Karate, core synergistic, chest shoulders and triceps, back and biceps.
Turbo Spin
For those looking for a challenging spin class Turbo Spin is it. A perfect solution to burn calories and enjoy a heart pounding workout while toning your legs. Come and join the FUN!
Sunrise Cycle
Our early morning group cycling class.
Kettlebell
Kettlebell training strengthens the stabilizer muscles in your body (your core), which gives you strength you can apply in real life. Kettlebell exercises also teach you to use a full range of motion and strengthen your entire body at one time. Using your whole body dynamically is the best way to train yourself for overall fitness and strength. Whether your goal is improved coordination and balance, cardio-vascular fitness, fat loss, or dynamic strength for sporting events, kettlebells are by far the most efficient means possible. Even if your primary goal is to lose fat, you will gain strength and endurance as well. If your main concern is to become stronger, you will do so, while also improving your overall conditioning.
S3 Sassy Sculpt & Stretch
S3 Sassy Sculpt & Stretch! For the ladies who want to change the SHAPE they were born with! This class begins warming up with a sassy dance cardio, moving into high rep sculpting moves that create a TIGHTER framework of muscular structure then finishes off with a stretching series of yoga moves to elongate the warmed muscles. Leaving you lighter, tighter & sculpted and your fatigue at the door!
Zumba
This is a fusion of group fitness moves and Latin/International dances which create a dynamic, exciting, EFFECTIVE and HIGH ENERGY class atmosphere that is so FUN, you just may forget your are working out!Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. So, stop spinning in circles, stepping on an imaginary stairway and running nowhere fast! Ditch the routine, JOIN THE PARTY! Get Zumba-fied.
