Whether you workout in the morning or after work, we have classes available to fit your schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays: Classes begin at 6:00AM, 7:30AM, & 6:30PM
Fridays: 6:00AM and 7:30AM
Saturdays: 8:00AM

The Next 30 Days
So you’ve completed the first 30 days of our Boot Camp program. Now what?
We want you to continue on your journey to reach your goals, set higher goals, or maintain the goal you have achieved for yourself during the first 30 days. At the end of your first 30 days, you will be given an opportunity to purchase another Boot Camp pass at a special rate!
FAQ’s
Q. What if I’m not fit or haven’t worked out in a while?
A. No worries! Our instructors are aware of variety of fitness levels within the class. We will show modifications for exercises or alter the intensity of the exercise to fit your unique fitness level.
Q. What’s a typical class routine?
A. You’ll get a fat blasting buffet of exercises that will involve weight training, body weight baring, cardio burst drills, core strengthening, plyometrics, and more! All devised to produce results quickly!
Q. What do I wear? What should I bring?
A. Standard comfortable fitness/workout clothing and proper athletic shoes, a bottle of water and, most importantly, your dedication and enthusiasm!
Q. What sets your Boot Camp Classes above the rest?
A. You will be held accountable for showing up to at least 4 classes per week. If you fail to meet that goal, you can anticipate a motivating phone call or text message from your instructor. Our instructors are the best of the best; they collectively have over 20 years experience in the industry. One instructor even has genuine military experience!
