Flight 326 Boot Camp Fitness

Flight 326 is an intensive military-style boot camp program led by Euphoria’s top personal trainers; Tim Slominsky and Jason Jones. It’s a 4-week program that meets 5-6 days per week, and absence excused only on a case-by-case basis. The class is limited to 10 students which allows for a high level of personal attention and motivation. Not only are we pushing your strength and cardio fitness levels, we’re monitoring your technique so each and every minute you spend in class is safe and effective.
The Boot Camp is designed to produce results for anyone of any fitness level. We encourage & educate the beginners and push the advanced so everyone, we mean EVERYONE can do it. You will be pushed to levels you’ve never been pushed before, but the reward outweighs any pain endured!
At Euphoria, we firmly believe that you can’t manage what you don’t measure. So at the beginning of each month-long session, we start with every student with a battery of fitness tests (2 mile run, max sit ups in one minute, max push ups in one minute, and flexibility) and take critical body composition measurements.
Students also maintain a food journal and their diet is monitored. Jason and Tim stay in touch, too through frequent email and text messages.
The first week of Boot Camp focuses on cardio conditioning. During week two, we incorporate strength training. Every day is different: strength work targets your arms, shoulders, butt, legs and core. Cardio conditioning ranges from running to hill climbs to stair climbs. Each workout – between one and two hours long – utilizing all the resources Euphoria has to offer, and workouts are held outside on Euphoria’s outdoor training grounds and trails.
