Military Bootcamp Express

A very intense 30 minute class working full body strength including cardio.

Military Bootcamp

Military Bootcamp class utilizing the bosu, agility ladder, abs, stability ball, push ups, pull ups, Stretch bands, weighted bars. This is a HIGH intensity cardio class that incorporates the step, weights and cardio intervals. This class will challenge, tone and trim up your body by keeping the heart rate up and maximizing your cardio abilities. There will be a warm up and a cool down along with full body stretching.

Cycle Strength

This is truly a full body workout , great for Triathletes! Ironman Triathlete Kyle Amsdell’s Intense cycling class mixed in with chest and back exercises, plyometric s, shoulders and arms, legs and back, kenpo karate, core synergistic, chest shoulders and triceps, back and biceps.

Cycle Express

This class will take on a ride. We’ll climb up hills, race to the summit and jump through rugged terrain. You’ll face short and long intervals, sprints and grueling flats. Your hour on the bike will be over before you have a chance to be bored. All in 30 Minute Express Class.

Abs Abs Abs!

30 minute high intensity core workout including abs, hip flexors, lower back, and your favorite (Love handles).

Cycle Bootcamp

25 min fast paced group cycling followed by 25 min of hard core kick butt bootcamp.

Group Cycling

High Intensity and fast paced 60 min calorie burner- Average calories burned per class is 1,500!! Very easy on the body- ZERO IMPACT!
