They say if you do something you love, you will never have to work a day in your life. I truly enjoy training and helping people reach their full potential of physical fitness. I don’t look at training clients as work, but more as a challenge to find the right combination of techniques that will produce the best results.

I graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, but I’ve found that training is more than just x’s and o’s. It’s also about personal interaction and genuinely caring about improving an individual’s quality of life. Every day that I’m here, I hope to provide the best overall experience possible for the client. I want to help them achieve the results they’ve always wanted, while at the same time instilling the knowledge and drive necessary that will allow them to maintain the body they’ve been dreaming of for years.
