The Euphoria Approach

A comprehensive evaluation is performed on each client, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and physical limitations.

We electronically measure and track:

  • Body composition (hydration, fat, and lean body mass)
  • Resting metabolic rate (calories burned at rest) to accurately measure your daily caloric expenditure in turn accurately prescribe the correct nutrition diet for your body type
  • Body weight at regular intervals to measure progress

After a physical assessment, we begin a in-depth discussion of you performance goals. From increasing flexibility to weight loss or sports-specific training, a program is built and expectations are realized.

Only after your physical assessment is taken and your specific needs are identified, a comprehensive individualized training program is prescribed to meet the your requirements.
