You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to benefit from sports massage. At Euphoria, we treat existing injuries, provide preventative maintenance, and educate you about your body to show any imbalance that may be contributing to further injury. Our techniques will enhance speed, agility, flexibility, function and focus, so you can train and compete at your greatest potential.
There are four types of sports massages: Pre-Event, A short stimulating massage 15 to 45 minutes before the event. It is directed toward the parts of the body that will be involved in the exertion. Post-Event, a 15 to 45 minutes given shortly after the event to normalize the body’s tissues. Restorative, given during training to enable the athlete to train with more intensity and less injury. Rehabilitative, aimed at alleviating pain due to injury and returning the body to optimal health.

If you are stressed, have poor circulation, sensitive skin, and are seeking a massage that will improve these conditions in a gentle manner, Swedish massage may be an ideal option.
